Thursday morning of Fall Conference ESCAPE found the Ministers' Wives of Missouri in a meeting room at the Chateau on the Lake Hotel in Branson, Missouri.   There Misty Carr had prepared a delicious sampling of pumpkin roll, Oreo Balls and Red Velvet Balls accompanied by your choice of a hot drink provided by the hotel staff.    The ladies sat around the tables or around the room on couches and chairs as they fellowshipped with one another.

 

Missouri First Lady, Marlene Gleason, greeted the crowd and then invited Guest Speaker, Sister Jenny Teets to speak.   Sister Teets shared from her heart about the challenges of the ministry and the need for encouragement and resources.  She has written a book for Ministers' Wives entitled, Married to Ministry:  Covenant Applied.    It is available to order from The Pentecostal Publishing House.
